What is this, month for the dumb people?
Yesterday Marshall was talking to the office personnel at our apartment and he asked them how they expected the apartment to look when we moved out and if they charged to clean the carpets. The lady said that any repairs they had to do they would just take out of our deposit. He then told her that we didn't have to pay a deposit because of some promotion they were having when we moved in and then the lady said "oh well then you just won't get any money back". Wait a minute.... hu? Um... no duh lady, how would we get money back if we DID NOT pay a deposit?
Seriously, what is going on with people being totally dumb?
